Booking will be ensuring with at least 30% in advance. Final payment will be made before 15 Days from the date of journey. Railway berth/seat depends completely on railway authority. Guest has to pay their all entry fees, guide charges, Porter, tips, coolie, laundry, telephone charges, medical expenses, camera-video charges, room heater etc. not including with tour cost. Mineral water not including with tour price. All Guests has to carry their original identity card along with required xerox copy & passport size photo. No refund will be applicable if some mentioned site seeing cancelled due to natural calamities, political issues or any unavoidable circumstances. If required any extra cost due to mention issued, that amount has to pay by the Guest. Management is not liable for any kind of accident, robbery, loss, natural calamities, political issues etc. during the tour period. Tea or any food will not be served in train journey. After receiving booking advance if Diesel & Petrol price increase excessively then Guests will be bear extra amount. Booking of the seat means the Guest has accepted all terms & conditions of FREELANCE TRAVELS.

45 Days before journey Rs.500 + 30% of total
30 Days before journey Rs.500 + 50% of total
15 Days before journey Rs.500 + 70% of total
Below 15 days of journey NO REFUND.
