Planning Stage
When we get any call or enquiry from our guest, we always reply back within 24 hrs. We note down the guest specification about the tour planning. If required, Freelance Travels is always ready to suggest you the best possible options.
Execute Stage
After the planning stage is over, we move forward to finalizing the tour plan. Take some token amount and we are in the process of booking hotel, cab required for the tour. If the guest opted for the train ticket, then we book the train ticket also.
Support Stage
This is the most crucial stage where our guest needs our support frequently. From boarding the train to tour-related any concern, we always keep in touch with our guests. Most of the time we call the guest to enquire about any problem.
